I support faculty, staff, and thousands of students across PennWest Edinboro — imaging labs, deploying software, solving Wi‑Fi quirks, and documenting so the next issue is faster. I also do FiveM development for custom GTA Roleplay servers and maintain a busy home lab on a Dell PowerEdge R430.
